Marsha was a former coworker and hoped she would help get me through the process and have my best interest at heart. When the divorce was near the end, and everything was agreed to she stopped asking the other side for the last needed information to complete the documents. After 30 days I got it from the spouse directly and gave it to her. During that time when she hadn't requested information needed, she spent time reviewing again what was agreed to as if something could still be changed. It was simply unnecessary billable hours that added no value and slowed down the process. her unnecessary delays caused serious complications. Her final work product contained silly errors despite multiple charged quality reviews and lots of billable hours.
