I hired Mr. Erik McCauley to represent me in my divorce case. He was reffered to me by a friend who had great results in their divorce case. He Really paid attention to all the details and was Always thinking. He thought of many things I had not thought of and looked at things from every angle. The other Attorney really pushed hard for a lot of things but Erik countered all of it and ended up getting me a Great settlement --- Way better than I had even hoped for. Fantastic Attorney !! I had originally hired a different attorney thinking they would protect my rights. I was wrong; the attorney I hired I ended up having to fire. I found Wooten Law Group and was assigned to Erik and I'm so very thankful that I had such a hard working attorney fighting for me and my son. I was already divorced but my ex-husband was taking me back to court to try anything he could to stop my alimony that he originally agreed to due to us being married for so long and being a stay at home mom who needed to get back on her feet. My ex lost and then appealed the judge's decision so we had to go to Circuit Court where Erik represented me again and we won again. I would love to say that was all but it wasn't I had court again in July for custody and visitation. I've always been willing to do joint custody with reasonable visitstion but my ex had other ideas and I'm thankful I had Erik representing me. If you need a good lawyer who you can trust you will not regret hiring Erik; I don't.

I could have never imagined my marriage ending in divorce, especially when two professing Christians called themselves husband and wife, but the unimaginable happened. I only secured legal services once my now ex-wife served me with papers, and I am glad I found Erik (via referral). Simply said, divorce is a nightmare. Its a death. It is the most painful experience I have ever had to endure, especially b/c I didn't want it and b/c our two small children were involved. Amidst this nightmare, I consider myself lucky to have landed a competent lawyer and man of faith who believed me and fought for me. My ex went for the jugular, but thanks to Erik and his team I was able to fend off her attack and under losing circumstances (there are no "winners" in divorce) come out with a win. I remain heartbroken over the death of my marriage but am thankful to Erik for defending my rights and securing the best possible outcome, especially as it relates to time with my kids. I highly recommend him.
