Most unethical unprincipled judge I have ever been before. Found me guilty beyond reasonable doubt of contempt, no evidence, no witnesses, no trial. LOVES LAWYERS. HATES LITIGANTS WITHOUT LAWYERS. Ignores Rules of Civil Procedure. Makes decisions before hearing other side. Should be in prison, not on the bench.

I am making a review knowing I may be in front of this judge again however if I can help any mother who loves her child then it is certainly worth it for me to share my experience with you because I have now lost all faith in the justice system. Judge Kershman will not hear your evidence unless it is a sworn statement, he will not see your witness unless they provide a sworn statement, if you love your child and know your child and would do anything for your child it makes no difference to this judge, he is without a heart for mothers. He knows the justice system and will follow it as he sees fit but has no compassion. If he is the judge ordered to your case, stall until any other judge can see your case, and if you don't have a lawyer your toast. He is not a family lawyer, he was a bankruptcy lawyer, how is that even allowed in our system? If you love your child do what you can to not stand in front of this judge he doesn't care about family's, what is best for your child or you!

This judge is a disgusting Condescending individual. I had him for and estate case where I had been mysteriously been cut out of my mothers will almost completely within the last few months of her life with my brother getting about 98% of the estate. I of course contested the will and after 2 and a half years of being stonewalled by my brothers lawyer it finally went to court and Kershman would not even allow it to go to trial to bring in witnesses or affidavit's to show what had gone on in the family dynamic during the previous 16 years where I had gone to my parents house twice a week and done all the maintenance, cleaning, and yard work and received virtually nothing for it. My daughter and I also had a couple of vehicles in my mothers name and he refused to release them to us because he said that I had gifted them to my mother which was completely untrue. In fact I had paid for both of them personally and they were always intended to come back to us. He said your out of luck.

Stanley Kershman is a corrupt judge abd a disgusting indivudual. He decides his cases before hearing evidence and he has contempt for self-represented people. A disgraceful individual.
