I would not recommend Mr. Leitch as a corporate/business lawyer,the corporate minutes will not be filed on time in the corporate minute book and watch the dates to ensure the corporate seal is on the minutes. For court cases he uses manipulation of words and is very arrogant. He does not follow Rules of Professional Conduct and does not prepare and serve court documents on time. Very professionally unethical, uses intimidation and unprofessional tactics. Mr. Leitch if the Judge is aware that he is not following the law and he is going to be reprimanded, he puts a junior lawyer in his place to take the flake. He is dishonest and works without integrity, disclosed confidential information like inside trading of information with lawyers that were court ordered off a case, which is contempt of court. Would never recommend this lawyer for his unethical professional conduct.
