William Stan Faulkner did not know the legal avenues available for emergency guardianship or administrators when someone is stealing from an estate. He was non-responsive to emerging facts of my case and astronomically bills to do nothing but make a bunch of phone calls instead of taking legal action. Stan has no integrity and this is the fourth state in which he had practiced which can be a red flag since he is no longer a member of the board in any of the other states, and in fact, was under administrative suspension in one state. When I confronted him about his handling of my case he claimed he wasn't really even assigned to it and blamed everything on an associate fresh out of law school despite Stan billing multiple $1,000s for my case. I was told from beginning he was Lead Counsel. I've been contacted from others online saying that all he did was bill them as well while not doing what he was hired to do i.e., take legal action.
