Mishandles cases , misrepresents facts , lacks due diligence with respect to obtaining proper facts regarding law . You would expect if you hire a lawyer for estate issues if he didn’t know the law he ought know how to use the resources at his disposal to get the facts. We believe he is old and needs to retire . There is no reason for this behaviour to not be reported to law society .Trying to deny peoples human rights .
