Lost documents on more than one occasion then accused us of losing them then we had to pay to get more copies made. Didn't listen to clients wishes and wrote a nasty letter to same for agreeing to terms that weren't recommended by him even though client wanted those terms. This is 3 different clients I am referring to here. I know this because they are all my family members.

Had to fire him cost me 3000, he cant remember any conversation , show up in court never filed required documents , never served the other lawyer , he is a useless lawyer should not be practicing law , and should be brought up on charges for taking clients money and not doing his job he is paid to for.

He couldn't even remember the names of the people. left out a lot of information when we were before the judge. ***DO NOT RECOMMEND IF GOING FOR CHILD CUSTODY*** Got angry after court when the judge suggested if Office of the Children's lawyer became involved and I said yes. I prolonged things apparently. I had no idea... That's why I hired him if he didn't agree I should he should have said something! As mentioned earlier I do not recommend him for Child Custody Cases.

I had temporarily retained Mr. Petty to assist with a family law matter. I ended up firing him as he he was arrogant and he lacked any sort of tenacity. Absolutely useless and a horrible individual.
