My sister’s case was a very complicated case. We counseled with a few other Attorneys that really were not too sure how to handle her case. It is difficult for my sister to speak due to her disability and I needed someone to speak on her behalf. Diana had not seen her kids for at least 5 months and her soon to be ex-husband is a very difficult person. Throughout the whole ordeal Ms. Lindsey was informative, patient, kind and professional. Ms. Lindsey prepared us,and gave us the confidence we needed when it came to family mediation and returned calls when we needed to speak to her.In the end with me as her Guardian ad litem and Attorney Linda Lindsey by our side, Diana received what we had hoped for. Diana now has regular visitations with her children and her ex-husband and I communicate via text.
Attorney Linda Lindsey was very fair with her fees. She keeps us informed so we are not in the dark. Ms.Linda Lindsey took on a difficult case and made it a walk in the park for us.

Linda allen Lindsey is by far the most devious and unethical attorney I have ever seen. She quoted me a specific price to review a contract which I agreed to. When it was time to review the contract, I was very specific about the contract and terms and only needed an attorney review no editing or changes. I was very clear that this was the full price for a review and sign off . It was an undisputed contract . she immediately added a fee for her time. Because I was in a time crunch I agreed to the adjusted fee. When I arrived she took the money And began reviewing the contract. She said that she personally did not agree with the terms and that if she was to sign off as an attorney she would need another payment of 3 times the original payment ! I was so shocked and felt taken advantage of I told her that was not ok to just give me my money back and she said no that the payment was now for her time. She lied and attempted to bait and switch me to get more money.
