I had a great experience working with Rahul Soni for my employment law case. He really cares about his clients. You can tell right off the bat he works hard for you. I would send him emails, some of them even in the late hours of the night, and he would reply back in minutes! He is very even tempered and a real steady hand in negotiations. I felt at ease during the whole process because Rahul outlined our litigation strategy and how he had a move and counter move for each possible step the other lawyer might take. I would strongly recommend Rahul and Soni Law Firm to anyone look for a true genuine lawyer who fights hards for his clients.

I reached out to Rahul as I was going through a rather complicated and difficult negotiation. He was there for every question and at any hour. He was super clear and explained the entire agreement in layman terms. As well, he pointed out some hairy clauses and even negotiated those on our behalf. I definitely couldn't have gotten an agreement with the party without him.

Rahul was extremely professional and helped me negotiate my Employment Agreement with my new employer. After going back and forth with their HR department I just put him in touch with them and asked him to handle it. Not only was this the best decision I could have made, but he was able to convince them to give me everything I was asking for. Trusting Rahul to negotiate my Employment Agreement was the best decision I could have made.

Rahul was excellent and I was so glad that I hired him. I found him online and although we never met, because I was overseas, he was responsive and helpful. I was taking a new job in Canada (moving for it) and needed help reviewing the employment contract to ensure I was clear on the terms and conditions. He took time to review the contract in full, then spoke to me by telephone and a Skype Call to go through it in detail, pointing out anything that could be considered a risk or needed further investigation on my part. This gave me great peace of mind and I really appreciated all of his help and advice. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Soni is good at his job. He replies to emails quickly and even set up calls with me and my wife over the weekend so that we could both speak to him at one time. Strongly recommend Soni if you are looking for an honest lawyer who knows the law and respects the client.

failed to anticipate antislapp motion on a defamation case. overpromised and under delivered. communication was awful. need to reach out multiple times for a response out of him and he will book meetings night before and send emails in the middle of the night for meeting bookings. after i fired him and left a google review similar to this one he sent me a cease and desist threatening a defamation lawsuit if i didnt take down my review. steer clear of this one folks

I'm fairly convinced that Soni wrote all of these positive reviews about himself. He is truly the most clueless lawyer I have ever dealt with. He has no idea what he's talking about, doesn't respond, and is always trying to reschedule mediation and hearings. He's also clearly pretty anti-union for an employment lawyer.

Do not hire this lawyer. Once he obtained my information, his communication was unresponsive for many weeks. He had a junior lawyer file a response to human rights without my review and it was filled with factual errors. The excuse was they were facing a deadline, yet they had my info for over six weeks. Deadline date passed without communication and ignored email from lawyer if extension granted & later filed. No knowledge of law was applied to my argument; specifically in one crucial area which resulted in the loss of tens of thousands of dollars. He informed me late the night before tribunal meeting that he was sending another lawyer ( was junior lawyer). This lawyer was late to meet with me and then provided absolutely no value at negotiations. No use of caselaw/legal points mentioned and zero negotiating skills and she had to call him to review the agreement. Mediator commented on their inexperience. I got 1/3 of what he told me I should get and then said was a win. Not!

I hired Rahul Soni to negotiate my severance package. I was let go from my job because of my disability. Mr. Soni took the time to hear my story in its entirety and then developed an action plan. I was afraid of going against my employer because they have so much more money than me but Mr. Soni leveled the playing field. He knew the law and the facts of my case better than my employer's lawyer. No doubt, he is an authority in his work. Mr. Soni kept me informed throughout the process and provided his advise and recommendations along the way. In the end, we resolved the matter to a level which was beyond what I thought I could get. Going with Mr. Soni and Soni Law Firm was a great decision for me and I strongly recommend him to my friends and family too.

This lawyer and his "firm" are anything but. From my personal experience, once you retain him, his level of service plummets. He also claims to have a "team" and "lawyers" behind him at his "firm", but he is the only there! He is out and out LYING about his status in the legal community. PLEASE think twice before considering hiring him, there are far better and more honest lawyers and law firms out there.

Rahul Soni is a tough civil litigator. He took the time to listen to my problem, outlined a game plan and then executed with precession. He has a very professional presence and like others have said, he knows what he is talking about. When the other party was playing hard ball, Rahul litigated the matter and got me a settlement less than a few weeks after our claim filed with the Court. It was clear, the other side knew he meant business. I'm really glad I hired Rahul for my case!

I am more than happy that I made the right decision to hire Mr.Rahul Soni after reviewing his credentials online,in fighting an alleged Real Estate Breach of Contract. I visited his office ONCE to brief him on the matter and to provide documents. He drafted the defense himself since he is not only a Barrister but a solicitor.His legal analysis was sound on the matter. In the end the matter was strike out by the Honorably Judge who found Mr. Rahul Soni's legal submission overwhelming compelling and copious and also awarded legal cost to me. I am more than please with the results. Mr.Rahul Soni is someone you can trust for honest and professional legal advise.
