Attorney proceeds as he sees fit, without consulting client, and then throws problems back at client. Very poor at communicating status and his only concern is how much his fee will be, and when he will get it. Encourages client to SETTLE for less, because lawyer needs a payday!

He has absolutely no morals, and cares only about when he will get his fee, and not whether he has represented the client at all.He is willing to do anything to collect a fee, except represent his client.
