Mr. Maxell has been my attorney for the last two years. He is professional, and has worked extremely hard for me during my ongoing child custody case. I am well aware that Mr. Maxell serves many other clients in the Omaha area, but always feel that my case is just as important as his bigger cases. He is well organized and honest. Mr. Maxell always makes sure I know what is going on and that I understand what is happening during court proceedings. Mr. Maxell is a down to earth person that is easy to talk to and will work hard for your case.

Mr. Maxell is disorganized and VERY dishonest! I was very organized and prepare. He lost paperwork and lied repeatedly about filing. It took 4 months of hounding him to get him to file. The day of my court hearing, he said he had a settlement deal. I agreed to it and gave up $4000 dollars but when it was time to get part of the deal he told me he had made "a handshake agreement" and there was nothing he could do if my ex didn't keep his word. He filed my child support claim based on my ex husbands claims during a deposition instead of his income tax return and so we are getting child's upper based on 50 grand less than my ex actually makes a year. He inflated his fees to show we had met for double the time we did on over 5 occasions and has rendered ZERO services to me so far and charged me $10,000. He doesn't return calls and when he does he lies to me endlessly!! Do not hire this man!!!!
