It was an epic disaster dealing with this individual. (I refuse to address him as a lawyer or a professional because he did not exhibit any traits to warrant that kind of prestige). Like anybody engaging in the most expensive and important financial transaction of my life, I turned to him when encountered with serious issues ((caused by the other party’s negligence), but i could never get a hold of him. His clerk (Claudia) would immediately hang up, and her excuse is as usual: too busy to talk. He never discussed with me about how to further proceed, or to propose a solution, or offer any guidance. If I dared to ask questions that he couldn’t answer, he gets irritated. There were many sleepless nights filled with anger, disappointment and frustration. After closing, his mix up which involved my mortgage broker caused even more headaches. Not only did he not apologize and take responsibility, he told us to never call again. My broker already filed a complaint with Law Society.

As a full time real estate agent I strongly recommend everyone to AVOID this law firm by any means. These are the most incompetent and rude people I could possibly imagine. I totally agree with a previous comment that the Nick's assistant Claudia is the worst thing I had to deal with in 13 years in the real estate industry.

Horrible lawyer and an even worse legal assistant. Incompetence of this laywer coupled with poor manners and arrogance necessitated the termination of his services in the middle of a real estate transaction. I highly advise against using his services.
