I hired him because I bought a house with asbestos after the seller signed it had none. This was in Dec. 2014,by May 2015 after submitting 2 sets of estimates, he charged me for emailing that he needed estimates. He charged me to research the sellers address, even though I had already given it to him. He charged me to email he had foot surgery. He sent 1 demand letter to the closing attorney demanding the sellers insurance co.The rest of the $1500 was used reading my emails. His assistants handled my case asking for other estimates. I reported him to the Ga Bar, which was a joke, he perjured himself, laughed at the other estimates that were sent, (requested by his assistants). He said I called his office, after I fired him, to say I was renting my house. I would not call if he were the last attorney on earth.The bar said his billing practices were acceptable.No wonder we have crooked lawyers. He is a rude, horrible person. He doesn't earn his money. Don't hire him!
