John is an incredible lawyer and all around good person. He knows the law inside and out and ended a very difficult and lengthy case for me. He is the incredibly smart and cares about his clients. Very strong in the court room. I highly recommend.

Excellent lawyer who understands how to deal with difficult personalities he cleans up very complex and messy situations and is very aware, tenacious, hard working and caring. He is an excellent lawyer in the court room. Highly recommended.

Mr. Nelson (John) won a first time ever appeal of an arbitration and relocation decision for us a few months ago. He returned our family to safety and along the way restored my faith in family law, lawyers and the courts.He was tough when we needed the truth, compassionate to the stresses along the way and always took the time to explain the good and bad of the situation at hand. If your back is against the wall and you need a warrior then he is your guy. Our battle was a complex matter spanning 18 months and a serious expense to all. Truly knowlegeable! John helped me to understand the legal system and he used his impressive grasp of law to get me full resolution to my tricky family law file in a timely and relatively affordable way. His time on my file was priceless. I felt like I finally understood what was happening to me, and had the tools to protect my children and our future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
