Afraid to anger the judge, even when his defendant is being obviously railroaded. The defendant for whom I speak gave Mr. Barren all the questions he needed to cross-examine the prosecutions witnesses and he refused to use all of it. He blew at least 1 key opening a witness made by a statement and failed to use it to enter evidence which had been quashed by the judge. He also seemed to have a basic lack of understanding about the case itself. I wouldn't hire this guy to deliver a pizza!
