As a single parent, I trusted Tyler to get me child support and monies in trust out. He said everything I wanted to hear including the law was on my side. He kept promising they were working on my affidavit after 5 months still no affidavit. I did my own after 2 days and filled it. Tyler filed a Motion and failed to speak up on my behalf in court, he attended to his other court cases and left me hanging, my motion got removed from the docket and he gave no explanation....just said its back on the docket and his firm felt I couldn't afford him....dispite giving a retainer and monthly payments. I was about to lose my car and furniture in storage! He did not care , I had to fly to Winnipeg to represent my self and saw him in court and he ignored me. I went to court in December, February and finally in May got child support after 3.5 years! Single mom's worst nightmare. While the other side just laughed that I had to get another lawyer.
