Took my money, but when I kept following up to see if he had filed the motions he told me he was going to do, he never did. This went on for months. Two months before trial he started complaining about money. I'd paid him more than half and had temporarily stopped because he wasn't doing anything. I wasn't going to keep paying until I saw some results. He kept asking about the money for the deposition, but hadn't written the questions for a deposition which I wanted to review beforehand. This guy is lazy. And immature, he stopped returning my phone calls and couldn't explain why he was being so lazy. Everytime I asked him a question I was met with silence. I paid close to $10000 for nothing.
