I had the unfortunate circumstance of my legal file being assigned to Ben Arkin when he was an associate at another firm. While he is "book" smart with the law, he acts firstly in his own interest and secondarily in your interest, which ultimately hurts your position time and time again. His client service and negotiation skills are atrocious and very frustrating when he doesn't bother to respond on a reasonably timely basis to your requests. Not recommended.
