He is a thief that just wants money and will not do anything for your case. Does not return phone calls, doesn't show up for meetings or late for them, late for mediation, and late for court. Showed up for court unprepared after having 6 months to prepare. Needs to be sued for theft by deception!!!!

this man took 2000 from myself and my son for a very simple TPO filing. he never did it ,we ended up doing it our selves. I have been at his office wide open none there peoples paperwork laying every where. a i have seen the sheriff there several times with a lot of upset customers. BEWARE

Walter Moore is a fast talker and will promise you the moon and stars. He accepted my case and he takes flat rates which means you pay a certain amount that covers everything including court costs. Sounds great right? Not great! No communication or copies of any filings for months. No calls returned when I would call every day. He was completely unprepared discussing mediation and then did not show up to mediation. My case was completely neglected. The mediator told me this never happens and I could hear the ADR people talking outside my door how they would be hiring a new lawyer if it were them. He refuses to give any money back even though he did not do anything towards my case. Please don't make this same mistake.
