I would not recommend Harley Toufanian as a family law attorney. She did not have the vast knowledge that a divorce should have. She lost nearly every motion filed and needed me to do most of the work myself. She didn't even know how to file basic boiler plate paperwork correctly. She had no knowledge of how to add up bank statements and went in blindly to mediations in depositions. I had to find a different attorney to represent my children and I. She is very money hungry and over bills for unsatisfactory work. She ONLY cares about money and does not take pride in her work. The only good thing I can say is that she is quick to email back or call back. Other than that, I was dissatisfied. Do not hire her!

She would tell me one thing about what the law states, which makes no sense and then I would question it, then she researches it comes and says the exact opposite. The worst is that she had no interest in bringing the case to conclusion. She watches the clock for every partial bill she will send for not having followed-up on what she needed to. You will get a discount then get over billed by a lot. Friendly but very very green. Harley is more like a 2nd year paralegal. Find someone who can if you want a resolution. She did a terrible job representing me. It was sad watching my ex-wife's attorney treat her like a rookie. She did not stand a chance, but I had to pay for this train wreck. Don't do what I did and hire her.
