When I finally can get him on the telephone he does not remember the case and is incredibly rude. His staff is very nice but they keep leaving and I can understand why. I have never dealt with someone this difficult but I am stuck at this point.

I hired him based on his google reviews, and paid him $7000.I found out after I paid him that at least some of those reviews were given by friends and family.This man failed in every respect. He did not pay attention to important details of my cases, allowing the opposition to completely blindside him on several occasions, using information that I provided him in detail beforehand. He was ignorant of basic tenets of domestic law. He repeatedly allowed the opposition to violate the custody order without filing for contempt, against my express wishes. Instead of fighting to maintain my custodial relationships, he instead urged me repeatedly to accept the opposition's demands, despite an overwhelming body of evidence that could have been used to argue against them. It took him nearly two months to learn the names of my children. He did not request or use any information on the children, or their relationship with me.
He betrayed a shocking lack of knowledge about children in general.
