STAY AWAY from this guy and this firm!!! Don’t believe the other ratings. Didn’t settle matters. Save your money and your family assets unless you want to get milked for all you’re worth.

My experience is a little bit different. Nice enough guy; but tries to be wise beyond his years. It seems the goal of the firm is to purposely prolong files too. And when they seek “advice” from senior counsel there - you have two charges on your bill or paying $1,000 per hour for these two to “chat” about strategy. He should know. It’s double billing and should not be allowed. I wanted a fair and ethical outcome for my matter. My ex-wife is a good mother. I’d rather put money into RESP’s for my children than to fall prey to questionable billing practices by this firm. The other two comments seem to be written by David himself. After $15,000 for nothing but letters - I self repped and my ex and I came to a Consent Order on our own. Nice guy; billing practices there questionable and no real plan to resolve in a timely fashion - but maybe that’s the point there.
