Joni and her boss, Rupert Joshi, of Foster LLP, took my separation of assets claim, during a divorce, from what they virtually guaranteed was a sure bet to a total loss. And then they wanted a ridiculous amount in fees, which I refused to pay. We’re “negotiating”. Avoid her, Joshi and this firm! They don’t do their homework and they overcharge for incompetent work.

Joni is obsessed with billing her clients. She will write needless lettters to opposing counsel so she can bill 0.2 to 0.5 hours for every petty issue she feels she can benefit from. After over $150,000 in billing I lost my case. Jodi is very emotional when litigating and unwilling to mediate. Her primary goal is billing to her clients and not resolving family issues. Her litigation style cost my family serious damage that will never be repaired. Beware. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend her for anyone wanting a peaceful resolution or wanting to save money. Her primary goal is litigation and billing her clients. If you have endless amounts of money to waste on needless litigation, Jodi is the perfect lawyer.
