I highly recommend Robert C. Wolf, Esq. of Westmont, NJ as a DUI lawyer. I found him to be very knowledgeable of the DUI laws and during my court defense; he was right on point with the facts & the laws. He aggressively represented me to get the charges dismissed. His pleadings to the judge were excellently presented. They were clear and precise. He is a “well-spoken” lawyer. I was charge with refusal and DUI after an accident. I was a passenger and the driver told police that I was driving. I was innocent of both charges. Through the diligence of Robert C. Wolf, Esq. (Phone: 856-425-2777) and Brian DeCosmo (Phone: 609-743-1706), a private investigator, both charges were dismissed. They bull doggedly went to go to court in my defense 4 times. And I can’t say enough about Brian DeCosmo too. He investigated the accident, talked to the arresting police officer and deposed witnesses. This was extremely helpful in getting my charges dismissed.
