Submitted an application in the Court of Queen's Bench without consent or direction. Failed to communicate that she even submitted an application, and she failed to show up to court. On the very same day she failed to show up to court, she served notice of withdrawal of lawyer on record. Upon asking why she never showed up... her unprofessional response of not being able to get a hold of myself and didn't have direction... Seriously, since when do lawyers file applications without the consent of their client.

Be very aware this lawyer is also known as Katherine Kowalchuk and previously owned Divorce Ink and Law Boutique. Please read the comments under that name as well and note that any positive comments are obviously fake. This lawyer will steal your money and ruin your case. Not only is she incompetent but she is a terrible human being. I urge anyone that has had a negative experience with this lawyer to report it to the Law Society.
