This Attorney have been disbarred before. He had lied and misrepresented and manipulated the Supreme Court into reinstating his bar license, by telling them that even though he had Promulgated Laws for and within the Landlord Tenant Court in Philadelphia it was not Practicing law while he was DISBARRED from the Practice of Law and receiving a paycheck from the Landlord Tenant Municipal Court of Philadelphia County. Father, Baritz's used and abuses his connections with the Municipal Landlord Tenant Court to obtain favorable result for his clients. He and his sons have been brought up on countless charges themselves of Abusing and Misappropriating Charity Funds, and was connected in the Fuma scheme of Charity Fraud and is at it again in the Shadowy Non-Profit of the bogus and SHELL operations of the LANDLORD/TENANT HELP CENTER non-profit organization that steals Public funds from those in Need of Tenant Help in which they receives millions for but is converted to LOW INCOME LANDLORD USE
