Mr. Gladstone is amazing in the court room, when he is representing his clients he seriously cleans up. I’ve witnessed him on several different cases and he is hands down an excellent lawyer. He is real and down to earth and has lots of credibility with the courts. Meaning what he has to say is taken at face value and his words have great impact where it matters. He is a natural so he is comfortable at work and when meeting with clients. It’s like talking to a old friend which is important that you can talk and trust your lawyer. He is confident, charismatic, and very well spoken. His secretary is helpful and organized, she is an excellent asset to the firm. Everything about his practice just works, the fact things come together easily, and effortlessly is a good thing so those cases he needs to put the extra work in he can. Brett is simply one of the criminal lawyers out there, if he takes your case your in good hands.

He used dr*** in front of me allegedly. he is a sad lawyer that is not respected by the judges and crowns, we all know where that leads to. Gladstone is not a good advocate

Technically lacks knowledge on law and order. Blames the judge all the time and never takes ownership of his work.Never spends time reading or understanding case.Treats everyone with disrespect sometimes he is seen resting with his legs on desk while talking to clients, very unprofessional and discriminates everyone. You can google and fight your own case rather than having Brett as a Lawyer, not sure how he graduated but he has never been able to answer any law related query independently. He always will need to open a book or search things online to get an answer and has poor representation of himself in court as most judges and public prosecutors can beat his ass while he would quietly listen and then would apologise for his statements. He will make the case worse and most of his cases ended up being in jail including the innocent ones.May god save us from vultures like him

as a legal aid lawyer he represented me in amazing fashion. I don't have much experience in court but he saw me through very serious charges where the crown wanted 3 years in prison at sentencing and it ended up being weekends. Long story short for me anyway... he operated well above his paygrade and essentially saved my life.

Possibly the worst lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. He’ll do no work and bill the heck out of you. He’ll make up stories and cover it up. Call u so he can have a record of phone calls to justify his hours now that he’s at Hanson Bridgett where he’s in the clock to perform. STAY AWAY or get screwed. OH and then as soon as someone writes a bad review, he’ll have his assistant counter that with some good ones. Look at the timeline of these reviews. This guy is KNOWN in SF to screw people. They call it the brett special

I found Mr. Brett Gladstone to be extremely knowledgeable. He is very good at knowing which route is most desirable when navigating the legal system. From bail to plea bargain I have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Brett Gladstone. He made a tremendous difference in my case, which seemed hopeless to me at the beginning. If I was limited to a single statement about him, it would be that he gets results.

OMG, I am so happy I found Mr Gladstone, he got me the best deal and was always there when I needed him, I never didn't able to get a hold of him and he was always there to talk to me and give advice. Thank you Mr. Gladstone!

worst lawyer doesn't listen arrogant and dishonest. does not communicate talks down to clients as though they are below him. disappears and does not keep in touch. has other junior lawyers do the work . waits till the last minute to work on clients case. can't communicate. ruDE and judgemental. very disapointing lawyer.
