Extorted money from me. He made promises to do certain things. Never did. Never showed up to my court case after giving him $12k Record him when you talk to him so you can sue him for malpractice later. He has no remorse for the disrespect for his clients and poor work ethics he has. Please contact me if you want to press a class action suit on him. There are so many things that he has done. It’s just deplorable.

Mr. Washington kept postponing the initial consultation for weeks until he finally agreed to meet 3 days before the hearing. At that time he gave us advice that would have been very valuable a month before the hearing, but was useless 3 days prior. At the hearing the prosecutor told the judge a big fat lie: that the police searched my son and found an illegal substance. The search found nothing and the police report did not say that it did. But Mr. Washington sent a junior associate in his stead to the hearing who had no familiarity with the case. The associate let the lie go unchallenged and my son got pretty severe punishment based on no evidence at all, just the prosecutor's lie. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Did not confirm whether there were conflict of interests in the case, when discovered there was did not return retainer fee. Refuse to return fee even after discussed that another attorney from this firm was representing the opposing side and was able to file pleadings before Attorney Washington. Horrible Horrible
