Zane was recommended from my good friend Ernie. I had a Dui. Zane was amazing! He got me off the charge. He was super knowledgeable! And very fair. I would recommend him to anyone time and time again. 10/10 in my books !

Although I've only met Zane in person less than ten times in my life and he treated me like I am his family, He encouraged me to work harder in School, better my future, His presence in my life allowed me to see what real professionalism is. Although I had a few heavy charges Zane made sure that my future is bright, and he helped me see that. Zane negotiated for one of the greatest House Arrest conditions with the Crown and that's why I pled guilty to the judge. If we had went to trial, we were very confident about beating the entire case. I know that when I make it in this life, I owe Zane a lot more than the amount of money that he asked for. God is good thankyou.

In March 2018 I was charged with simple assault. As a young guy this was obviously a huge issue, and I focused my search on finding a lawyer that could essentially save my future. Zane was one of the lawyers I initially spoke too and I was very happy with what he told me. He made sure I understood he would never lie to me if he didn't think I had a chance to get off favourably. From the Crowns perspective it was a pretty open and shut case with witnesses and security footage, but Zane was able to find our strengths. On the day of the trial Zane was able to get me off with a conditional discharge, saving me from a lifetime criminal record. I was very happy with what happened and am glad I found Zane to represent me.

I Just finished my seconded Trail with Zane Pocha this week. In each case I was found not guilty. My first trail was on a Break and Entering, and theft under charge. Zane was able to show the Crown attorney in charge of prosecuting me. That there was not enough evidence, against me and would result,with me being acquitted. The crown agreed With Zane and dropped all charges two days before I was to attend my first trial. The Second trial I was involved in with Zane was Theft under shop lifting charge,and a frailer to keep the peace charge. The keep the peace charge was because I was on bail for the Break and Entering charge. In this case I had the misfortune of having an extremely experienced trail Crown Attorney, and a very difficulty Judge with a reputation of finding most people guilty and handing down harsh sentences once found Guilty. With my record I was looking at a 6 to 8 month sentence. Zane again assured me that we would win this trial and again. He was right

Zane is the magic lawyer. He got my brother released on bail against all odds. He fought hard to get my brother released in time for Christmas. If you are looking for somebody that will ACTUALLY fight for you then pick Zane Pocha. He is the best person to have on your side.

Zane Pocha helped me out with a issue regarding my probation which was a blessing. I find him to be a stand up gentleman and a straight shooter. He is compassionate about his clients and I can't thank him enough. I would recommend Zane to anyone as his professionalism is second to none,he is very articulate and has as a way of making you feel at ease but knowing your well looked after. Zane Pocha is the stand up, number one, perfect example of a great lawyer. i was facing jail time for some pretty ridiculous stuff. as soon as i talked to Zane about it he helped me identify the weak points in the prosecutions case and get the charges dropped with a speed and ease i thought impossible in our current justice system. if you need a lawyer i strongly suggest going with Zane. he is professional, well spoken, humorous, and very very good at what he does.
