Very bad lawyer who was responsible for my loss of $30,000.00 deposit on a condo. This old man knew the status certificate had a parking spot registered to it and confirmed this as being a problem. The unit was a forced appreciation earning the owner over $200,000.00 in 1 year. My mortgage broker told me "Your real estate agent and your lawyer have scammed you. This lawyer tried to push another condo on me when there was a massive lien on the building.

I have been dealing with Joseph Fisch on a number of real estate transactions for approximately 15 years.
