Very poor law firm. Our Father had passed away 1 year 3 months and the estate still has not been settled. Our Dad had a simple will and it should not have gone on this long. Failure to return calls and emails and refuses to give a balance on what is owing so far. Would not recommend.

Kurtina is a very poor lawyer. She refuses to disclose amount owed so far and it is over a year. She does not investigate any mortgages, bank statements or insurance policies. Late returning calls. Family is very angry and disappointed in a law firm that represents their deceased clients this way.

My father passed away and had his will with this firm. The family thought that we would go thru probate with this firm and Kurtina was the lawyer. The family had an initial meeting which lasted 45 minutes tops. Four week later we heard nothing so we contacted her by phone and then by email and finally got a response a couple days later saying she was missing one piece of information and that she would be ready for the family to sign the probate papers. We were shocked and thought that the probate process was well underway. Her communication skills were terrible. The family decided to leave this law firm and go to another. Our bill was over $800.00 for absolutely nothing. We were charged for documents we had never received or seen. Later we were told by many people that this law firm will nickel and dime you to death (no pun intended) Compassion and timely service is not what this firm is about it is all about the money.
