Terrible repour, doesn't take the time to speak to his clients. Doesn't ask them what they need or want to know , or what he should be informed of from his clients. He should be fired. Gets his assistant to do things and the assistant isn't around either.

When representing me in a CAS case they passed the case back and forth from jr lawyer to jr lawyer, often having the interns appear on my behalf in court and not even acknowledging I was in court even though I attended every date. I wanted Michael Cupello to represent me and file custody filings but they never did, I asked them to file access orders but they never did. every time I asked for something they simply ignored my requests by not filing the court documents. They seemed to have personal relationships with the crown and opposing lawyers and had no concern regarding my grand daughter, she was left to rot in Dilico's care. They acted as if I was in the wrong for seeking custody of her or wanting access for visitation and even suggested I just walk away from it all. They were terrible representaives and to me honest even though Michael Cupello was my legal representative he never showed up in court himself, even the judge noted his absence.
