	9/30/21	1	1	1	1	1	Mr. Doane made promises he did not keep. He never returned emails or phone calls right away. We had to constantly call; leave voice messages and emails to get an evasive answer. After 5 years and begging for closure Mr. Doane left me in the lurch and retired. He basically cost me my claim. I hope Karma goes his way.
