Representing me for a misdemeanor charge. He hasn't returned a single phone call I've made to him since March. First time I spoke with him was at my first court date, where I was finally able to discuss my concerns over my DL being suspended. Said I didn't need to worry about this unless I received notice from the state stating my DL was suspended. A few days later, I received that letter, & I began calling him & left urgent messages. Never called me back. At 1st court date, he told me the DA's offer & said he wanted to view the video of my arrest. Next court date, almost 2 months later, he said he wasn't able to view video. Immediately, he began to re-discuss the DA's offer. Told him I wouldn't agree to any offer until we viewed video. Reset court for a short interval to do this. Said he would call me that next week to schedule. Two weeks went by, and I began texting him, thinking maybe he forgot. Despite requesting meeting for 3 weeks, nothing scheduled. Court is in less than week
