A few years ago Mr. Whyard was representing my ex spouse in family court. I had little contact with him in the courtroom once, and also when I dropped some files off personally at his office. The man took an immediate dislike to me and he didn't bother to hide it (I'm female btw) That's fine, not everybody is going to be your friend in life but it was very unprofessional of him to be openly rude, abrasive and suggest to my ex that he dig up some dirt on me, anything to assassinate my character in court. Yes I know it's a familiar tactic with attorneys but this was a very basic case and even my ex was surprised at the level Mr. Whyard was willing to go, when there was no issue for conflict. My lawyer's secretary asked me out of the blue if I had previous run ins with Mr. Whyard in the past as she noticed he held such animosity towards me! I told her I didn't know his reason and she told me not to worry as he had an unpredictable personality. Maybe he's more comfy with males.

Avoid at all costs, this man would rather yak your ear off about anything irrelevant than do the work required of him.
