Alex is a stand up guy, very careful with his words and honest in his approach. If he isn't sure about something, he lets you know and figures it out. On top of every request, works like a fiend to get the job done in a transparent and concise way. Communication is prompt and excellent. 5/5

Alex assisted in a real estate transaction by explaining very clearly what we were reviewing and provided us with industry context to help make an informed decision. I contacted Alex Sung here looking for legal advice and he went above and beyond!
He had extremely helpful experience which helped him quickly understand my problem. Alex took the time to walk me through all of the possibilities and his suggestions, while also being sensitive to the situation I was in.
His knowledge was immense and really benefited his method of explanation for the issues I faced. It made them extremely clear and really helped to put in perspective the situation I was in.
Alex’s work quality and value are spectacular and am extremely grateful for the help he provided

Alex Sung is a very good lawyer. If you are looking for a real estate lawyer to close your deal, he is the person to call. What I admire most about him is his dedication and commitment to his client. I recently purchased a home and had issues closing 2 weeks prior to the closing date. I was stressed and panicking. Alex invested all his time and worked day and night to resolve it. He personally called me each day to keep me posted on how things were coming along and made sure I had some peace of mind while he was handling the issues. I strongly recommend him if anyone is looking for a hard working and honest lawyer who is looking out for his clients best interest.

Avoid Alexander Sung and his firm "Simplus Realty Law Professional Corporation" at all cost! He's dishonest, misleading and will take advantage of his clients for personal finical benefit. Very unethical practice. To further prove my point he writes fake reviews as you can see. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I highly recommend Alex Sung for your legal needs. Twice I have referred two clients who were in difficult situations to Alex, and twice I have watched him deliver knowledgeable, thorough services in an approachable manner. He was easy to get a hold of – immediately responded back to calls, and if he was busy, always available to schedule for another time – and had an intrinsic desire to guide people to their best legal outcomes. Right from the beginning Alex explained to the clients exactly what needed to be done to resolve their cases, and followed up frequently to check in and provide updates. Although as a referrer I was not present for the entire legal procedure, the feedback I received from the clients were amazing. Thank you for everything Alex.

I am very happy with Mr. Alex Sung and his entire team at Simplus Law. I am happy with the service they provide... I didn't have to worry about anything.
