Crista was the reason we lost our case. The petitioner had no justification but fortunately, our lawyer, Crista, volunteered unnecessary information that won his case for him (despite our MANY objections). She was ill prepared and seemed unfamiliar with our case. She did not counter any points made by the other lawyer even when prompted. We were not even given the chance to review paperwork submitted to the court on our behalf. After the judgment, she was not apologetic nor did she explain what our options were or what was going to happen. We had to ask the questions and her responses were curt. Extremely disappointed that our lawyer chose not to represent us effectively, failed to communicate with us, was unconcerned with learning our case, and as a result gave away our case but gladly took our money.
