Lynn is extremely hard working, very professional and absolutely worth every penny. Things have not been easy but she was able to defend myself and my son, stand up for what is right and was never intimidated for a second by my exes aggressive lawyer. Lynn Is powerful and I will definitely only ever recommend her in the future to anyone looking to fight a hard battle for your child. Do not believe the other reviews, I had my doubts from seeing them but they have been proven to be completely untrue. I will forever be thankful to Lynn and all that she has done as I finally for the first time ever feel free and safe for both my son and I.

Are you looking for Child Protection Lawyer? If you are please do your homework.1. Find out the OCL position. 2. Find out Position of Society. If your position doesn’t align with both you are screwed therefore steer away from Lynn. Just another establishment lawyer who will not engage and fight the system on behalf of you. So please don’t even waste your tome and money consulting with her. You are better of consulting David Miller.

Stay away!!! Do not use this lawyer, she will not stand up in court for you!!! Costs an unbelievable amount of money for nothing!!! She is rude and very disrespectful to us!! Wasted 10 thousand dollars on nothing!!! Don’t waste your money!! Go elsewhere

Mrs. Kirwin handled a custody case for me. She was very knowledgable, experienced and confident. I do not like conflict but Lynn was able to be assertive (without being unprofessional) on my behalf. Lynn also works very efficiently. Although she has a high case load she worked on my case in a very timely manner and handed matters that she could to her clerk so she reduced overall costs that I incurred as part of these proceedings. Lynn came personally recommended by a former colleague and friend of hers and I am so grateful that I listened to wise counsel.

Cost me a LOT of money without even going to court. Would not stand up to the other lawyer who was brutally wearing me down. I ended up giving up as I could not handle the stress any more. Now after 3 1/2 years it looks like I will be back in court because of a crappy separation agreement!

If you want a lawyer to fight for you in court, do not hire her! She is unable to argue and stand up to the opposing counsel! She sits there and lets opposing counsel run the show! Their firm ran up my lawyers bills of over $60G and I lost every motion going. She was horrible as is this firm! Worst experience ever!

I was looked more like a transaction than a client. And my case is severely a heavy one. This lawyer made $8000 in less than a year off me, and my case is still going. She showed up to first appearance and settlement conference, nothing got done but paper work and filing which her clerks handle. She got paid to sit around and look pretty. Wish she had of been honest considering my kind of case.

requested a retainer of 5000, already spent over 1000 of it, and hasn't filed a single court document or even contacted opposing counsel ....

Meek and afraid to go to court. Easily flustered, not who you want defending you against a good lawyer. Always question why a lawyer in practice for this many years isn't an practice owner/partner... must be too timid.
