After my sister became ill, I spent months gathering documents and completing application forms that was eventually rejected.
I was afraid of engaging a lawyer as I thought that the time and fees would far outweigh any leftover funds. Now I wish I had called earlier. Within weeks, the insurance company approved he application and soon after CPP did as well.
I was impressed how quickly it came to a conclusion. They took all the work off my hands and made it happen. The fees paid were very reasonable and so worth it. It was well beyond my expectations.

David and his team are true professionals and this is key to having success against large insurance companies and Service Canada. David's experience working as occupational therapist prior to becoming a lawyer provides him with the knowledge to provide you with the tools and an executable gameplan tailored to your specific claim. I have yet to be able to get a free lawyer consultation .i have tried calling endlessly and to no avail.i really can't post negative about David himself but trying to reach someone who can assist me better than a runner would be most helpful.i need a lawyer consultation to proceed with my inquiry. how can I expedite this if my calls are rarely if at all returned .
