All the bad ratings are true and accurate. All she was focused on was going to court, even though we wanted to settle out of court. She only contacted me when payment was due. Never returned my calls or emails, said she was always tied up in court, and made a lot of errors on legal documents that weren’t properly filed. Do yourself a favour and get another lawyer who is honest, organized and competent! I learned the hard way, fired her after a year!

Extremely unorganized,and acted in bad faith. Worked against me and not with me. Aida does not response to her calls or emails. I am not sure if she does anything else besides her line of work. She needs to be upfront and honest with her clients if she does not want your case. Instead she will continue to pretent she is working with you. Do not get caught up in this web. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I would like to write a few words about that lawyer. I have felt ignored and disregarded by Mrs. Aida continually throughout my experience with her.
My numerous attempts to contact her, or connect to her through either the phone or virtually, have not at all been successful. I was promised a callback on several occasions, only to have been entirely ignored.
She is disorderly, disorganized and uncommitted to my case. As a matter of a fact, I often feel that she is working against me as oppose to working for me.
Her carelessness is both evident and consistent in her work. She has repeatedly sent wrong documentation to the court, on my behalf, she has failed to meet deadlines, and misrepresented me entirely.
I have been greatly deceived by her neglect, carelessness and disrespect towards me and my case. She had lead me to believe, that she is competent to stand on my behalf, yet she failed to prove herself.
I feel deluded and conned by Mrs. Aida seek rectitude in my case.

going through my divorce was the hardest time in my life and especially for my children, everyone with so much hatred and anger was shown during this time and was looking for someone who can bring settlement and peace to this awful period. I met Miss Pasha and she soon began the procedure to put all these matters with ease, she is the most humble, patient and determined to get things put in order, the children were always her first priority as it was mine, she followed up with me, was there when issues arose and also put perspective and resolutions in place, I don't know how to say thank you to someone that has been so involved with our family in the worst times and now have made them history today and we are now moving forward in a more positive way, thank you to Miss Pasha for being the humanistic person we need today and your understanding, so grateful for you and who you are.

Aida is a compassionate and knowledgeable person, who works for her clients day and night. My case was very messy and extremely problematic but after hiring Aida, everything is being resolved and now I have custody of my children after 8 years. If you want success in your case, I would advise anyone to be honest with your lawyer and with yourself.

Very interested in helping you until she picks up a new client then you quickly slide to the bottom of the heap with the rest of the clients. She will give you her personal number to text her then never return your messages. She even forgets that she had an appointment with you and whoever happens to be at her office scrambles to text her or call her and of course she had an emergency court appearance. If you want to have all your documents submitted late or with errors you’ve found your lawyer. Aida will blame anyone or anything for these problems except herself. The good reviews on here are from her friends or people asked to write one. She is a very amicable woman with great intentions but deplorable organizational skills that should be working at a downtown firm where there is qualified people to mentor her in law and ethics. Do not put your future in such incompetent hands!

We had a very messy & complicated custody case. Aida treated my Brother & I with such compassion & like Family from the moment we reached out to her. im not sure why there are any negative comments about Aida, she cares about her clients and takes the time to explain what is going on and makes sure your concerns are heard and dealt with in a very timely manner.. she fights for her clients and actually cares about them and their families and this quality had myself and my family knowing we were in good hands.

Aida is an exceptional lawyer. She not only understands how to navigate a case to it's conclusion, but also put in so much more to it as a family lawyer. She has treated me with such respect and patience throughout our association. Aida Pasha can be described in a very few words: she is a lifebuoy! Her advice is apt, precise, and pertinent. We have placed implicit trust in her and she always came across as acting in our best interests, as borne out by the fact that, in areas outside her field of expertise, she referred us to another professional rather than garnering all the business for herself. She is frank and upfront in telling you if your case has any merits or not and what your options are. We would gladly recommend her to the best of our friends and relatives.

I'm extremely surprised to see negative reviews here, which are clearly lies. My guess is that someone didn't get exactly what they wanted out of a case and are using Aida as a scapegoat for it. Aida was extremely supportive, as my divorce was very hard on me. She was fair when dealing with the issues I had with my ex husband. She even gave me the leeway to pay my fees late. It's very hard to trust lawyers nowadays as a lot take advantage of you, but Aida is one of the few that I will always trust and recommend.

Aida was very prompt in dealing with us. She's attentive and cares. Even if she's in court she'll reply by text saying she can't take your call right now. Now a days lawyers don't even bother replying, but she is different. I had a great experience. You can always count on her. Her knowledge about law is extensive in all fields be it property, crime or family.

Miss Aida was my second lawyer . My first lawyer took a long time, lot of money and treated me very badly when I did not agree with her. Ms Aida treated me well, she was always available when i needed to speak on the phone, she brought my matter to a settlement which was favourable to me within 1 month of retaining her. She worked overtime even during her holidays and late at night to help me. When my husband did not follow the final order she took bold action at court to enforce the final order. When my ex appealed the matter Ms. Aida was successful again in setting aside the appeal. She was also very reasonable with her charges and won my legal costs back. I have retained Miss Aida for my family matter, for comtempt motion, for sale of property and she also helped me with the process of dealing with my corporation. I do not believe the negative posts. People need to understand that they have to give good materials to the lawyer to get good results.

Worst lawyer I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Incredibly disorganized. She always blames her office, or her help for the quality and timeliness of her work. She misspells words, writes illegibly, has never gotten the basic information like who is applicant and who is respondent correct. She submits all of her motion materials and affidavits late, then asks for permission for late filings. She has trouble with basic concepts like telling the truth. I'm constantly asking myself if she is playing dumb, or... not. I really wonder where she got her license to practice, because there is no way she went through osgoode hall. I've read all of these reviews, and strongly believe that others have written the lower ratings, and the couple of higher ratings are written by herself, for sure. Everyone seems to have the same perception of this lawyer. Another complaint I have about this lawyer is that she won't respond to correspondence. Very poor quality of practice.

Let me start by saying, Laywer Aida Pasha cares. She invests time in her clients, educates them, counsels them, lets them know the options and which one she thinks is best and fair to go with. She won't shy away in giving you the correct direction even though it might be a hard truth that you need to swallow. I would rather have someone like that than the one who hides information or gives incorrect information. I would say meet the person yourself and judge or decide than being prejudiced by comments as personal experience is different for everyone and so is a case and the circumstances.

Wish I could give zero but one is the lowest. She is the worst lawyer i have ever met. She is forgetful and is scolded by the judge for not having pertinent documents submitted on time. Her documents are done in such a way that the judge doesn't know what case she is citing. I'm uncertain whether she does this to bill more time or just plain incompetent. Either way, it's best to go with anyone than her. She has dragged my case longer than need be and it has cost me more money than i wish to have spent. I wish I could turn back time when i wanted to retain her and also myself hard.

A bit rude and arrogant! It is better to go ahead with another lawyer as she is not worth your money. Also she (or her office) makes a lot of mistakes when it comes to dates, file numbers, faxing etc causing extra delays in the case, not sure if she does that on purpose to overcharge the client or they simply don't care. I have lost a lost of money and respect with her on simple things like getting a court date, serving the other party on time as she always file on the very last minute and on top of that with a lot of errors. Don't waste your money with Aida Pasha!
