Paralegal and Lawyer (Chantelle and Peter) were extremely unprofessional when it came to our condo documents. They miscalculated our financing forcing us to lose our scheduled possession date, then demanding we had to go back to our bank and get another draft (pay for a second draft), then drive to their bank (their instructions) to deposit funds into their trust account. No apologizes or accountability or remorse. Horrible. And when my husband and I questioned Peter about the fund short fall at our signing meeting he brushed us off 3 times!! Saying it's not a big deal and that he got direction and all the numbers from our mortgage broker leaving us to think it was our brokers fault. I'm talking about over $5k here! His paralegal emailed me 2 days later saying it was her miscalculation. We need to do our wills but would never go back to Peter Mason Professional Corp or recommend anyone to use their services. STAY AWAY!!!
