This firm really only wants "easy" cases and their intake lady is awful. They won't let you explain your situation, rather they have a few questions and I guess if you don't answer them "right" then they refuse to represent you. This doesn't work for someone battling anxiety related disabilities (among a few other diseases). In a way, I get it because they won't get paid unless or until you do, but if they don't take the moment to understand your situation, how can they truly know? That's your "free" consultation. Anyway, I was treated awful and I'm hoping to help others avoid it or at least be careful of it You will get enough awful from the other side, don't need that from your legal team, too. I really have a feeling I dodged a bullet here. One positive thing was they were punctual about returning my phone call. I got an awesome firm to represent me that isn't afraid of a little challenge. So glad.
