Leon Carter. is a extremely bad lawyer.He didn’t complete a POA for finance, he afforded all questions and concerns I had. My husband is in a long term care facility with frontal lobe dementia, I am unable to sell my home. What lawyer even at the time our wills were done, he didn’t do the POA for health and finance for both parties. I can’t believe that he got away with this behaviour.

Lied cheated avoided all questions, then quit.My grandmother had dementia, and was placed in a home, he never bothered to activate the power of attorney. Instead had my aunt added to the bank account for convinence purposes, and then withdrew all the funds from the bank account after er death. Leaving us with a timely expensive court battle,instead of protecting us, and doing the right thing.
