	6/7/16	1	1	1	1	1	William Zou is perhaps the most unethical lawyer practicing in New York City. He submitted documents to the court he knew were false...in other words, he lied to a judge. That's pretty much the definition of perjury. Why he hasn't been disbarred is shocking.
