This lawyer is unethical. Has been around for years. Other lawyers think he is great to work with. He is able to convince them about things that are not true. He is a lawyer that should be reported to the Law Society. Keep all emails he sends as they will be contradicting. He will run your bill up.asks the same questions over again. Lawyers should be honest and ethical. They represent the law. He is a lawyer that gives lawyers a bad name. Report him, if he does something unethical. He needs to be stopped. He ruins lives with his lies. And costs$$$$

If you're looking for a lawyer who will knowingly falsify an affidavit for his client to influence a judge's order, this is your man. If you want to screw your ex to the point he or she loses complete contact with his or her children, this is your lawyer. If you want an unscrupulous and dishonest lawyer that will say or do anything to please the whims of his client never taking the best interests of children involved, this is your man. I don't know how this lawyer lives with himself. Judging by his appearance, I'd say he drinks himself to sleep every night. He lives up to all the negative stereotypes of lawyers, only interested in the dollar, never thinking of consequences to the family or the children. So, if you want to win dirty, this is a good choice of lawyer.

My experience with grant was overall positive. He was straight up and willing to listen to alternate strategy based on my knowledge of my spouse. It worked out well for me. I made clear that I wanted a no nonsense approach to any meetings with myself or the opposition. Make yourself clear about your goals and he can help.

Before my court appearance I tried 3 times to ask questions about the court time and process. Mr. Smith did not return my calls and some of the time he was reportedly off sick. He didn't reschedule the court time for when he was well,but on the date of my divorce court time, he showed up to the office late. His assistant told me it was not the right day, then it was, then it wasn't, then...it was. He walked over the courthouse with me, and THAT's when he prepped me: "don't say anything that will make him more mad" was his advice. I had spent hours, dozens if not hundreds of hours in completing documentation as evidence to get as much child time as possible. My lawyer said little. the Master asked for more. My lawyer said little, certainly did not encourage me to speak-in fact, I didn't even know I could!! or that this was my LAST CHANCE!When I complained after, he said, too late. This was 3 yrs ago-I have to finally figure out on my own how to get my child support!He was no help.
