Sadly, he claims to be well versed in DHS matters and that was a lie, he had no clue what he was doing and cost us alot of money and time. Didn't seem to care one bit about the child involved, just wanted to show up and bill a high $$ amount for looking good. What a waste. Will never recommend him to anyone.
