In my field of work I have had opportunity to work with numerous lawyers. This guy is by far the worst I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. He is arrogant, condescending, unethical, and lacks basic legal knowledge. He became personally vested in a case, lost all sense of objectivity as a result, and created significant hardship to both his own client and that of opposing council.

Not sure what this other guy's problem is here. My experience was totally different. Perhaps this guy was just playing a game looking for some free advice. No lawyer would do a decent will for $100 but you get what you pay for in life.

I went to see bradley about changing my executor of my will. He said it would cost $325.00 everything included. He said he would send me a draft in seven to ten days and if I liked it I could decide to go ahead with it or not. I called a good lawyer Jack Hicks who said he would do it for $120.00. I called bradley after 0 business days and told them I was going to get Jack to do my will. A week later I got a draft in the mail from bradley and a bill for $344.75. He wants to charge me for things he didn't do. Even a wills notice filing fee. He didn't file anything. Instead of changing the Executor he made a new will that was all wrong. He didn't have to make changes. He didn't have a signing appointment. He didn't have make copies of the will. Yet he claims I owe him $344.75! He won't return calls but keeps sending me bills for work he didn't do. I called his secretary and complained about the bill. Bradley sent me a letter saying I was verbally abusive to her.
