Inayat was the worst lawyer i could ever encounter, i would never recommend him to anyone. This man would never answer my calls throughout the whole process and was very unprofessional. He would have a lot of sarcastic remarks and any time i would ask any questions he would make it seem as if we were stupid. The day of our court date Inayat would agree with the other council men that was against my case. When we arrived at court he did not even come on time he was about an hour late and when he did arrive he never sat down with us and never spoke to us about our case, he would just walk past us as if he didnt even know us. While we were in the court room he did not acknowledge the evidence that we had or the witnesses we had, he stated not of the facts and basically agreed against my case. If you are ever looking for a lawyer you might as well just represent yourself, you could save a lot as well. Worst mistake i could ever make was have Inayat Jetha as my Lawyer.

Wouldn't return calls for MONTHS. Didn't stop crown when should have, instead Judge had to step in and instruct him that he should. Didn't submit crucial evidence. Didn't read over case. Told me Calgary Police were coaching witness, said he'd never seen anything so blatant, yet refused to object to the courts in any way. Did not give updates on what crown doing when case was switched over to different lawyer. Waste of time and money. Might as well represent self.
