I am a lawyer who has used Mr. Goodman for 2 condo purchases and 1 condo sale. I find him to be very professional, responsive and knowledgable. He quickly resolved any hiccups caused by one of the the sellers. I regularly refer him to others who have also thanked me. The fees are very reasonable and well worth the money to have the peace of mind in knowing that the work is being done right. I will continue to use Mr. Goodman for all of my real estate needs.
