Claudia practices Law with passion and cares for her clients. She is very knowledgeable about Ontario Law and in addition is fluent in Spanish making her a perfect choice for all clients dealing with language barriers.I highly recommend her if you want someone who truly cares about you and your families well being.

We made the right decision when we decided to work with Claudia Falquez. We had two cases that she was able to handle simultaneously, the first one to break a join-mortgage and the second was to dissolve a relationship between the parents of a kid.
From the very beginning, Claudia showed her proactive behavior and professional experience. We started to work from May 2021 to Feb 2022. We never have any issues. Our communication was very effective using different channels. Mobil, Social Media and in persona.
Her professionalism and dedication helped us to resolve two very critical situations.
Lawyer Claudia Falquez, thank you so much for your professionalism and flexibility in managing both cases and in two different languages, English and Spanish.

Uneducated, unprofessional lawyer with values not fitting for a Canadian or any human being for that matter. She has no knowledge of ONTARIO Family Law even though she claims to be practicing for a very long time. On top of that, she is a dictator and thinks that her client’s should bow to her. Lacks ethics, no respect and integrity and does not think about the interest of her clients. I would never recommend her. The law society should look into this woman. She takes advantage of her clients especially those that do not speak English and come to her for help. Shame. Her law clerk is terrible just like Falquez.

I was involved in a nightmare custody case for 4 years and had two lawyers before I found Claudia, who was recommended to me by a friend. I was exhausted and terrified, and I was beyond grateful when Claudia Falquez took the time and effort to ask, and understand, why I felt the way I did, and why I was asking for certain things, making her the most effective lawyer I could possibly hope to have. I felt safe, she got me, and she used that info to help settle a long standing dispute when I didn’t think it could ever be over. I’m amazed at the person who wrote such a horrible review - maybe they didn’t understand how terrible the court system can be? Claudia won us big points in the court room for her knowledge and professionalism in the face of underhanded practices by my ex and his lawyer. She was always kind, ALWAYS got back to me promptly when I was worried, and has a great deal of common sense. Two of my friends have used her since, and I rest knowing that I have Claudia’s number!

Claudia has been my lawyer for 4 years. She helped me through one of the most difficult aspects of my divorce and child custody. She guided me with professionalism and was very ethical. I was highly emotionally and wanted to make very rash decisions, Claudia's experience with other cases similar to mine was instrumental in helping me come to a reasonable conclusion with my ex husband. If I had not listened to Claudia I would have regretted some of the decisions I wanted to make! Claudia now handles my Will and I have recommended her to many of my friends and family. When they hear how my case went with her handling it, that was all the testimony that they needed.

I would never recommend her. She thinks that she can walk over her clients and make them wait hours to see them because she holds a law diploma. Why go to someone that will drag your case, do a bad job for you, treat you without respect and pay for it? The law society should look into this woman. She takes advantage of her clients especially those that do not speak English and come to her for help. Shame. Her law clerk is terrible just like Falquez.
